THE PREVIEW is a unique, curated dance experience presented by The Creative Space, designed to offer audiences an intimate glimpse into the creative process. This informal showing invites viewers to become an integral part of the performance, providing a rare opportunity to witness cutting-edge choreography in its developmental stages.

Audiences engage directly with choreographers, offering real-time feedback that shapes and refines the work, creating a collaborative environment that bridges the gap between artist and viewer. Be part of the journey as these choreographic works evolve toward future performances.

Media Release

Please review the media release form below:I hereby grant permission to The Creative Space, LLC and its representatives to use and publish photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and any other media content that may include my likeness and/or the likeness of my minor participant.

I understand that the media content may be used in various promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, posters, flyers, advertisements, and press releases for The Creative Space, LLC. The content may also be used for education, training, or other related purposes.

I also understand that once media content is published, it may be distributed and accessible to the public, and I hereby release The Creative Space, LLC from any liability or claims that may arise from the use of the media content, including any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy.

I grant permission to The Creative Space, LLC to use photographs and videos for promotional and educational purposes, without further consent or compensation.

Liability Waiver

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for my participation (or my minor's participation) in the casting call for The Creative Space, LLC.

1. Assumption of Risk:I understand that participating in dance activities involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, and I voluntarily assume these risks for myself (or on behalf of my minor participant).
2. Release and Waiver of Liability:I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless The Creative Space, LLC, its instructors, employees, volunteers, and any affiliated entities, as well as the venue where the event is being held (collectively referred to as "Releasees"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of my participation (or on behalf of my minor participant) in the casting call for The Creative Space, LLC.
3. Indemnification:I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur as a result of my participation (or on behalf of my minor participant) in the casting call for The Creative Space, LLC
4. Medical Treatment:I understand that The Creative Space, LLC, and the venue may not provide medical or accident insurance coverage for participants. In the event of injury or illness, I authorize the Releasees to seek necessary medical treatment for me (or on behalf of my minor participant) and agree to be financially responsible for any associated costs.
5. Lost or Stolen Items:I acknowledge that The Creative Space, LLC, its staff, and the venue are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the casting call. Participants are solely responsible for the security of their personal belongings.
